An Art Nouveau Villa in Rome

The Villa

The villa dates back to the early decades of the twentieth century and is an expression of Roman Liberty, evident in its proportions and decorative details. Located in the district of Monteverde Vecchio, the hotel offers an intimate and authentic atmosphere, just moments away from tree-lined avenues and some of the most charming views in Rome. The villa was renovated in 2025 by the GrinProgetti studio and interior designer Maria Vittoria Panuccio.

Underground rooms attributable to catacombs and the remains of a Roman dwelling dating back to 34 B.C. have been discovered in the garden, as attested by the excellently made tiles bearing the inscription of the date.
